No, this isn’t proof of a visit from aliens! The Paris Observatory logo was drawn by the talented students at LIRA, at the foot of the Solar Tower, on the Meudon campus :)
It’s a nod to the Tour de France helicopters that fly over the area every summer and would see the campus from the air.
